Costa Rica Retreat March 22-30, 2008

Join Mari and Friends for a week in beautiful Nosara, Costa Rica at the Nosara Yoga Institute (www.nosarayoga.com). We will be practicing in their gorgeous tree top pavilion.

Mari will be leading both Bikram and Astanga classes everyday, and there will be time for open (silent) practice, during which time Mari will also be practicing...

Nosara is located on the Pacific coast. The water is warm and perfect for surfing (you can rent a board there. The waves aren't monstrous though, so its also safe to swim.

The beach is long and smooth- great for sunset walks.

There is lots of nature in Nosara, hiking, horseback riding, jungle canopy and zip line,

or quiet contemplation...

We will stay in very cozy cabinas that are a 5 minute walk from the Yoga Institute and a 20 minute walk from the beach.

The cabinas are very comfortable, with two bedrooms, a dining area, a full bath, 24 hour hot water and large terraces. There is a grocery store nearby, so we can plan on lots of dinner parties! There are also plenty of good restaurants.

March is dry season, so expect good weather, and no mosquitos.



Nosara is clean, quiet and safe, very different than some of the touristy areas of Costa Rica that are attracting a lot of crime.

The cost of the retreat is:
$900 (shared accomodation in a double room)
$1,000 (Private room)
Couples (or friends) sharing a room with 1 double bed $1,700
This covers the accommodations and yoga. Food and flights are up to you.
